I am a qualified Medical Herbalist and a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalism.

Having worked in medical research as a peer reviewer, I have the skills to understand and analyse scientific evidence.

Over 100 years ago, my great-great-grandfather was a Japanese Traditional Medicine practitioner. I have inherited his passion and respect for the healing power of plants.

I optimise patient care by combining traditional knowledge with modern cutting-edge evidence to help you navigate your optimal path to health.

First consultations will take between 60-90 minutes, discussing your current and historic health in detail. I will then create a personal health care plan, including a herbal prescription specifically formulated for you. It will also include advice on nutritional supplements as well as diet and lifestyle coaching to empower your healing journey.
